Understand the action, keep the relevant reference and use the correct review route.
Platform rules
Secret Sauce’s Community Standards organize 200 violation codes into categories, with 20 enforcement levels. The action taken depends on the case; listing an enforcement level does not mean every report receives that action.
Account suspensions
A suspension has no automatic expiry: it stays active until Trust & Safety revokes it. A suspended account cannot use ordinary platform features, including messages, communities and calls. The focused appeals and account-recovery routes remain available so the person can understand and challenge an action.
Choose the action you are appealing
Use the outstanding account-action selector in the Appeals Centre. Choose the actual decision and explain relevant context. Keep private evidence within the appeal or support case. Do not submit exposed personal information to the public discussion forums.
Community restrictions
Trust & Safety can impose community-level restrictions as well as account actions. Read the community’s notice for the controls and review conditions that actually apply. Do not assume every available restriction is active.
